An actual game of 1000 Blank White Cards would have a turn structure, but this one doesn't to allow people to join in.
The stock 1000 Blank White Cards would not have a resource system, but a variant could easily have one.
1000 Blank White Cards is more of a fun game, technically the winner is the one with the most points.
And the whole reason it's called 1000 Blank White Cards is that you draw your own cards when you get them. In later games, blank cards can be mixed in with the previously made ones (unless they were denied).
Basically, you define a cool card with a crazy function that can be based on some ludicrous things, but the goal is to have fun and gain points. You start with 7 cards you must define to have a name, description, and effect (this is why it's called 1000 Blank White Cards).
Invent your own crazy mechanics that can be based off usernames, colors, aspects, and even element, but remember, keep track of your deck of 7 (this can be changed by card)!
Once you play a card that you have defined to have a name, description, and effect, you must draw a card if it would take you under the deck limit and define that card.
You can go over 7 (this deck minimum can be changed by cards), but not under as you'd have to take a card and define it.

A discard pile mechanic exists, you can take cards from the top, bottom, randomly, and potentially selectively from the cards that have already been played (but a card that says so must be played)!
Also remember, your cards can be DENIED if they cause unfairness or break the game, but people vote on denying cards. Too many denied cards may result in a ban from this game.

The point limit is the maximum that can be shown on cards, the absolute point limit is 3.5 times the point limit. Point limits are absolute values, so -10,000 is the most amount of point loss on a card.
