Thread: What are my basic religious beliefs called?
I currently do not settle into a religion. If I did, I wouldn't be asking this question.
I believe that there is a god in some form, and that he created existence, and that he still resides within existence. However, he doesn't perform miracles or anything spectacular, he simply is a presence for people's spiritualities. This, of course, precludes Intelligent Design and any form of Creationism.
I do want to seek a spirituality however.

Voukras is right, that's deism. Well, I mean, there could be differences if you have more beliefs than that. Like, if you believe in Jesus, but not standard Christianity, or in the views of Jesus condemning people, you might be a Jesuist (not to be confused with Jesuit).
