There is a Fig Hunter Skype group. I assume that most of the people on it know about this place, but it might be a good idea to log a message about this site there. (The same applies for the Steam group, too.)
Also, I think Noisemaker has a list of contact information for various members. He might know how to contact some people who would otherwise be un-contactable (I know that isn't a word).
I prefer 24-hour. It offers simple clarity, something which 12-hour time lacks. Why must we add "pm" or "am" onto the time? It seems so pointless.
Nevertheless, I live in an area where everyone uses 12-hour, so I don't have much of a choice except to be willing to use both. I have to confess that I still think in 12-hour time.
I'm divided between Generation I and Generation II. I suppose it depends on what the generations are defined as... If FireRed and LeafGreen count as Gen. I, then that's my favorite. Otherwise, I'm a big Gen. II fan--I absolutely love Pokemon Gold, even if the card I have can't hold a save file for more than one or two game loads. (I really wish that I could get Pokemon Crystal or Yellow...)
I think that if members were to interact more in the forums and the Chat like we did on OldFig, it will eventually attract members from the decaying MainFig.
Also, fixing bugs is a good way to encourage use. Just seeing that the admin is active and caring might be able to attract people. (Don't take my word for it, though.)
